We are looking for a Senior HR Executive for our US IT recruitment process with our Clients and Candidates in US, supporting from our Chennai location office.

Job Description:
• As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for end to end recruitment life cycle.
• Handling End to End recruitment activities right from identifying the candidates, screening of profiles, scheduling interviews, interview follow-up and acceptance of offer by candidates and joining our client.
• Conducting the initial round of interview to check the candidates on various aspects i.e. Availability, willingness etc.
• Source, screen and interview potential candidates for contract and fulltime opportunities.
• Recruit candidates through database searches, portals, headhunting, referrals, networking and cold calling.
• Sourcing via applicant tracking system, job boards, search engines, social networks
• Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients. Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions. Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Yahoo Hot Jobs), Making job postings on the Job Portals etc.
• Recruiting candidates using job portals Dice, Monster combined with utilizing existing candidate relationships, referrals along with Sourcing Skills from Social Media Services like LinkedIn, Twitter and Face book.
• Timely and cost effective fulfillment of all open requisitions with high quality talent.
• The ideal candidate will have developed a solid sub-contractor and candidate base through their prior recruiting efforts.
• Building our internal databank with relevant CVs clearly marked, easily accessible to all recruiters and updating the notes in ATS.
• Maintaining and providing daily, weekly and monthly submission trackers on the status of all requirements.
• Build a digital recruitment campaign , including developing content for social media sites such as LinkedIn and Facebook, search engine optimization and others

 Must have excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
 Good in negotiation, interpersonal, multi-tasking and time management skills
 Should be flexible and able to work for extended hours in needed.
 Strong internet research and candidate vetting skills
 Effective time and task management skills
 Excellent telephonic skills
 A Self Starter and Quick Learner
 Capable to work under pressure and deadlines
 With an aggressive go-getter attitude
