Job Overview
TE Connectivity's IT Infrastructure Teams are responsible for IT infrastructure (voice/data networks, firewalls, phone systems, video conference systems, proxy servers, DNS, domain controllers, WAN optimization controllers, monitoring software and security systems). They define, design and implement network communications and solution improvements. TE's IT Infrastructure Teams also analyze, design, acquire and implement projects for LAN and/or WAN systems plan, design, acquire and implement telecommunications voice/wire systems propose and implement system enhancements (software and hardware updates) that will improve the performance and reliability of the system.

Position Description:
As an SCCM Package Developer, you will be responsible for packaging applications for the SCCM environment (50,000 Windows 10 clients), innovation, and automation in the SCCM area with tools such as System Center Configuration Manager, Microsoft Intune, PowerShell, etc. The ideal candidate will be a good team player and have good verbal and written communication skills and have prior experience in a similar role.
Specific Job Functions Include:
Position Qualifications/Competencies - Required
. Good knowledge of scripting and SW packaging
. 5+ years of Windows 10 Desktop engineering and troubleshooting
. Knowledge of WISE Script and PowerShell
Additional Competencies - Preferred:
. IT University degree level qualification
. 3+ years of WISE, PowerShell, or VB Scripting on a daily basis
. Microsoft SCCM Certification or MCSE - Desktop Infrastructure
SCCM Global environment Responsibilities….
. Packaging Applications and SW for Windows 10 Desktops
. Innovation and automation in SCCM Current Branch and Windows areas
. PowerShell and WISE scripting
. SW testing
. Quality Assurance
. Good knowledge of PowerShell and WISE Script
. Advanced Windows 10 troubleshooting and Engineering
. Ability to read code in VB Script, Visual Basic, C#, ASPX, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
. Domain Name System (DNS)

. Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
. NTFS Permissions
. Authentication and Authorization
. Microsoft Windows Operating Systems: Windows 10, Windows Server 2016, and newer
Daily Activities
. Daily incident/request reviews (Service Now global ticketing & knowledge base)
. User support/engagement as required
. Scripting, primarily in PowerShell
. Application packaging
. Maintaining the Software Catalog
. Application lifecycle management
. System documentation up-keep (on-going)
. Attending daily meetings with customers
