We are hiring (Jobmitra.com) for Sales Coordinator (Female) for Guangzhou ,China (Willing to relocate China)
& (with experience of 3 - 10 years)
Lecong Foshan (China) is one of the largest Global Furniture manufacturing hubs in the World. Lecong Foshan is 50 minutes’ drive to Guangzhou, the commercial capital of China. Lecong Foshan has a cosmopolitan population with people with various nationalities from across the world. Lecong Foshan has a 100+ strong Indian family’s community, Indian social club, Indian restaurants, Indian grocery shops, schools and hospitals. Guangdong is very clean and safe and is like any other Middle East or European country. The infrastructure of this region of China is comparable to developed countries like USA whereas living cost is not so high.
Assisting Sr. Vice President(Sales), maintaining his diary, arranging meetings & scheduling appointments and providing reminders.
Taking follow-ups on behalf of Sr. VP from teams and tracking status for each follow ups.
Welcoming guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or directing inquiries.
Organizing and maintaining the confidential files and records.
Acting as a point of contact between the executives and internal /external clients.
Attending Demos/meetings whenever required
making minutes of meetings.
Maintaining active projects lists and updating their status periodically.
Preparing reports by collecting and analyzing information, involving into sales analysis.
Managing day-to-day operations of the office and providing back office support to sales team.
Responsible for travel arrangements, conferences, teleconferences for Sr. VP.
Coordinating with Sales and CRM team by managing rosters, and communicating relevant information.
Respond to complaints/requests from customers and give after-sale support when required.
Handling the processing of all orders with accuracy and timelines; inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.

Management graduate with 5+ years’ experience in Management & Sales Cordination.
Experience in International sales & business development will be highly preferred.

have experience in attending International exhibitions & events
Has tangible achievements in past assignments
Willing to relocate in China (Preferred Female)
Good at MS Office and computing skills
Pleasant personality, easy going nature, good business acumen & grip on numbers
Team player and easily establish cordial relationships with internal and external people
Learning attitude and strong grasping skills
Must be solution oriented
