Job Description

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
• Understand candidates course needs and requirements accordingly consulting them for on boarding with us.
• Close sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest through linked-in, Mails, SMS 

• Maintain and expand your database of candidates within your assigned targets.

• Sourcing new candidates for classes through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails & LinkedIn.
• Understanding prospect candidate’s needs and requirements accordingly consulting them.
• Routing qualified opportunities in CRM for further development and closure.
