Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : 1:Thorough understanding and ability to manage priority 1 and 2 network infrastructure incidents and/or end-to-end change management lifecycle in a large scale GNOC This would include driving/collaborating with diverse network teams per cloud platform, client technology experts and major incident management teams and/or client change management teams 2:Ability to review and produce management level notifications for priority 1 and 2 outages and/or management reports for change management Demonst

    • Technical Experience : 1: Experienced and versatile in incident and change management functions within a large-scale GNOC global network operations center setup 2: Skilled in conducting/leading dialogue with multiple client teams on major incident bridges/change advisory forums 3: Must be familiar with terms and terminologies of network and networking platforms; experience/expertise in technical management/understanding of data and voice networks is desirable

    • Professional Attributes : 1: Good communication skill

    • Educational Qualification : Graduate

    • Additional Information : 1: Provide leadership and supervision to team members operating in 24 x 7 shifts
