Position Overview
Role DescriptionThis role is part of the End User Asset Governance & Compliance team within End User Compute (EUC) Security & Risk. Team is
- responsible for remediation of Audit/regulatory findings & Queries for end user devices,
- Respond to global regulatory and infosec certification queries like ISO 27001, COBIT, RBI, MAS, EBA, BaFin, FED, others.
- Owns and maintain policy procedures on company portal for end user asset management and standalone devices (not connected to core network) in accordance with regulators and infosec guidelines.
- Measure and Track compliance of global local customer services in accordance with Procedures on policy portal.
- Security incident management, Change Management.
- End User Asset Lifecycle governance and compliance.
- Govern and maintain CMDB for hardware assets globally.
- Maintain central control of Network access of end user devices on bank network.
- Conduct recertification of global end user devices.
- Data Analysis, Global Regulatory and Management Reporting.

Your key responsibilities - Create, maintain and govern global end user devices CMDB in ServiceNow.
- Ensure Data Quality of CMDB.
- Conduct weekly meetings and coordination with global customer service leads to remediate KPI gaps.
- Coordinate with different support anddevelopment/engineeringteams for on-going issues.
- Incident management for missing asset tracking/lost devices and Change Management in ServiceNow.
- Manage End user asset lifecycle governance.
- Risk governance to ensure controls are put in place for audit and Self-Identified Issues remediation.
- End to end management of Network access control process for end user devices.
- Data Analysis, Create and share regular KPI matrix for management and regulatory reporting.
- Identify, design and implement Process automation with Servicenow and other engineering teams. Identification of existing process/system gaps and its closure.
- Automate monotonous day to day tasks. Automation of reports and data sharing.
Your skills and experience- 5-9 years of total work experience.
- 2+ year experience in Info/Cyber Security, Service Operations or IT Support or Customer Services.
- Profound analytical skills. Incident, Knowledge, Change Management experience.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Experience in managing relationships across multiple disciplines, cultures and time zones.
- Strong communication & collaboration skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel2007, MS Word and PowerPoint is required.
- Knowledge of the industry standard tools like ServiceNow will be an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
- Good to haveSQL/Database/PowerShellscripting/VB Scripting/SCCM knowledge.
- Good to have Information Security knowledge, any security/risk certification will be preferred.
