Our Technology team supports E-commerce, Mobile, IT & Cloud Infrastructure, and Corporate Systems at Lowe's India, enabling various functions such as supply chain, merchandising, distribution, corporate services, etc. The Data & Analytics teams help make data-driven decisions in merchandising, store operations, finance, and supply chain. The Business Services team builds business services capabilities across Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain, Store Operations, Enterprise Item Content, and Private Brands. The Finance and Accounting team manages Transaction Accounting, Customer and Inventory Accounting, Margin and Cost Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Business Finance support, Tax and Enterprise Strategic Sourcing for the U.S. and Canada business. The Product Management team builds and manages tech products and solutions for our stores and online channels. And Lastly, our Shared Services team empowers other groups to do their job well. The Vendor Compliance Analyst role focuses on driving medium-to long term improvements within Vendor Compliance. Functions of the role include generating vendor data analysis, drive Supplier On-time and Fill Rate performance, processing monthly vendor scorecard and chargeback, managing vendor inquiries, and building relationship with vendors and other key cross functional stakeholders within Lowe's.
The successful candidate will be an individual who has the ability to identify and support strategic improvement initiatives for vendor compliance performance, while being able to dive deep into areas of opportunity and develop solutions and processes towards improvements. This associate will work cross-functionally with multiple technical and operational teams within Lowe's Supply Chain organization.

II. Roles & Responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities:
. Analyze data, understand trends within the data and provide valuable and actionable insights regarding the data.
. Lead data driven projects from definition through interpretation and execution stages.
. Execute the vendor chargeback process and manage vendor inquiries regarding the process and chargebacks.
. Proactively analyze vendor data and identify and address issues
. Assist management with special projects and process improvements
. Liaise between Supply Chain, Operations, Accounting and Merchandising team to ensure resolve vendor issues quickly
. Partners with Merchandising, Supply Chain planning and Replenishment to improve vendor performance and provide teams with data and metrics to ensure vendor performance is considered in business decisions (i.e. Product Line Reviews)
. Prepares management level reports
III. Years of Experience
Bachelor's Degree Business or Related Field plus 3+ years relevant experience
OR
Relevant work experience in retail merchandising, inventory planning, vendor performance management, assortment planning or forecasting roles for total of 7-year experience in lieu of education

IV. Education Qualification & Certifications (optional)
Required Minimum Qualifications:
. Bachelor's Degree BBA, Bcom, Operations Research or Related Field

V. Skill Set Required
Primary Skills (must have)
. Experience with data analysis and providing insights about the data
. Experience managing small to medium d projects
. Experience working with Excel and other data/reporting tools
. Excellent writing and communication skills, including the ability to develop analytical documents for presentation to management
. Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
Secondary Skills (desired)
. Experience in Data mining and visualization tool such as Power BI, SQL, MS Access, VBA and Excel
