Position Overview

Role Description:
The Client Implementation Manager acts as a single, consultative point of contact throughout the implementation cycle, they facilitate the initiation, planning, execution and evaluation, coordinating all communication and associated documentation between internal teams (Client Services, Operations, Technology, Sales/Coverage, etc.,) and the Client, are responsible for planning (including resource allocation), organizing, controlling and reporting all the project activities and communicating regularly on the progress and issues. They typically lead a highly experienced client-centric team throughout the overall implementation process, ensuring all team members meet established timeframes and deliverables to ensure a successful implementation including technology aspects of the integration.
Business Overview:
Implementation and Service team within Relationship & Transaction Management (RTM) provides cash management, trade finance, SeS, Custody and Treasury support for corporate bank clients of Deutsche Bank to meet our clients domestic and international financial needs. The RTM implementations team is responsible for owning, driving, and coordinating all aspects pertaining to the onboarding/setup of Corporate Bank products and services for corporate clients.
Implementation and Service organization is seeking a self-driven, proactive and technically curious individual to partner with senior management to lead the implementation and business documentation team at DB Center, Mumbai and to build a high performing technical implementation team to support APAC countries in line with the business strategy of Corporate Bank.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Provide subject matter expertise for implementations, products & services, and training requirements directly to team members, external and internal stakeholders
  • Identify, execute and leadinnovative solutions focused on end-to-end ownership with the client centric mindset
  • Identify areas for improvement both internally and externally to enhance the overall productivity of the team
  • Lead discussions with the clients, onshore/regional sales and implementation, other business stakeholders, subject matter experts and product managers to drive collaboration, resolve conflicts and build consensus
  • Maintain controls agenda to ensure policies and procedures are followed by the team to serve the client and protect the integrity of the bank
  • Provide support to team members as required. Identify and drive process improvement and efficiency initiatives to enhance client and internal team/stakeholder experience

  • Minimum 10+ years experience in client facing roles including implementations/Integrations, business project management or comparable experiences
  • Project Management experience required
  • Knowledge on ERP systems, Host to Host technologies, API's and various client access/digital channels will be an added advantage
  • Previous experience in IT/Cash Management preferred.
  • Proven ability to drive a positive client experience
  • Excellent attention to detail, quality, and compliance focus
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects concurrently, all in varying degrees of the implementation life cycle.
  • Excellent communication and written skills to executive leadership
  • Strong presentation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to succeed in a dynamic, changing environment, rapidly assimilates and applies new information
  • Innovative thinker, Self-starter, highly motivated, ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
