Job Description:

1.Responsible for delivering quality services of the process with defined SLAs and KPIs.
2.To Drive FTQ (first time Quality) within operations and minimize the rework.
3.To ensure optimum utilization of resources
4.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client policiesstatutory requirements and special handling procedures.
5.Required to identifyassessand resolve complex issues/problems within own area of responsibility and operating largely independently.
6.Prioritize own activities and assist team members as needed in order to meet client deadlines and quality standards.
7.Provide input into process improvement opportunities and may oversee defining standards for new processes and reusable processes.
8.Demonstrates knowledge of Human Resources processes and related systems to effectively perform responsibilities.
9.Researches and resolves escalations and client issues.
10.Reads and understands all communications regarding client and The Company's HR Services processes to remain current with all job responsibilities.
11.Ensures that all of the above responsibilities occur in accordance with the Statement of Work and Service Level Agreement with Clients.
12.Provides operational statistics and escalates operational issues as requested.
13.Identifies and escalates complex issues to manager.
14.Makes decisions within parameters set by managerusing job/specialist experience.
15.Managing client's expectations.
16.Validate and support the process improvement ideas with the data.
17.Assume the ownership of the process documentations/LWI's and communicate the updates to the team in a timely manner.
Experience and skills required:

  • 4 - 8 years of experience in HR Operations
  • Graduate in any disciplinepreferably an MBA
  • Working knowledge in MS Office Suite
