Job Description

Under limited direction, the Senior Human Resources Analyst leads, coordinates, and administers human resources processes or projects. Serves as the liaison between human resources and other departments in order to ensure that all process or project deliverables have exceptional quality and meet the expectations of key stakeholders. Develops high level recommendations for process, analyses, reporting, and systems improvements for the human resources function within PPD. Facilitates cross-functional teams and leads or participates on regional or global human resources projects. Develops statistical analyses, supporting diagrams and schematics, presentations, and other documents to effectively communicate and document recommendations. Responds to internal client requests for specialized ad- hoc reports and requests.
Job Qualification
