HR Services is critical to the overall effectiveness of theemployeeexperienceatMicrosoft.We providethe platform for end-to-end operational services and employee experiencesacrossemployee self-service, assisted support, and employee relations.We areresponsible for operationaland servicedelivery across a broad range of employee lifecycle experiences such as onboarding, talent movement,and offboarding.
The HR Service Leadin the Specialized Servicesand Specialty Hiresteamplays a key roleincoordinatinglarge-scale onboarding ofUniversityhires and otherspecialty hire types.This role will partner closely with teams acrossvarious HR, Finance, and business teams to develop and manage the annual planning and onboardingprocess and rhythm of businessto onboard thousands of new employees to Microsoft each year.
This criticalrole requireshigh proficiency inproject management as well asstakeholder coordinationand communicationskillsto manage high volume work within tight timeframes and across multiple teams. Italsorequires curiosity to learn about and deeply understand the business needs ofour partners, as well as exceptionally high adaptability and flexibility to balance stakeholderneeds and adjust to changing priorities.In this role, youwillpartner across teams todevelop andexecuteclearplans and processes,ensuring all partners and delivery teamshavethe informationand toolsthey need to deliver successfully.You will monitor and measurethroughout the process and adjust as necessary to accommodate changes and ensure that HR Services delivers an exceptional onboarding experience to our incomingnew hires as well as toall ofour internal partner stakeholders.
Center of Excellence (CoE) Services:
    Contributes to the intake and ongoing adoption ofSpecialty Hiringprogramswithin aregion
    Implements policy, process, andtoolsSupports the operation ofSpecialty Hiringprograms by developing program readinessmaterialsGathers and prioritizes processand servicefeedback from keypartners across the companyinpartner teams (includingHRCOEs, Finance, legal,and business teams)

Project Management:
    Provides operational, infrastructure, and employee support analysis duringannualplanning stagesto develop the onboarding calendarforUniversityhiringPresentsdataand recommendations to facilitate projectmanagementIdentifies opportunities to improve services and employeeexperienceEvolvestheservice of the operations team and quality of the projectssupportedImplements project plans and tracks progress anddeliverables
    Contributes insights in projectmeetingsCommunicates with relevant stakeholders,project sponsors, and leadership/steeringteamsabout project status andimpacts

Required Minimum Qualifications
    5+years experiencein Human Resources, Operations, or related fieldORBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field AND3+years experiencein Operations, Human Resources, or related fieldExcellent English language proficiency, both verbal and written

Creativity and ability to make connections across policy and process, systems/tools, data, and people/teams to develop and implement solutions.Consulting – Ability to leverage a deep understanding of an issue and potential solutions to engage with the customer and stakeholders to suggest and recommend solutions andmake adjustmentsas needed to ensure the problem has been fully addressed and resolved.Troubleshooting – Ability to think creatively and leverage deep knowledge of policy, process, systems/tools, data, and people/teams to identify and resolve problems or remove blocking issues.Data Analysis–Ability to systematically gather information from a variety of sources, analyze information, identify implications of data, draw conclusions, generate alternatives and solutions, and evaluate the consequences of choosing each alternative using quality metrics and data. This includes the ability to convert general data and findings into applied, specific information and suggestions that add value to business planning and strategies.
