Roles & ResponsibilitiesOrganisation Hierarchy:
Role will be a Team member; reporting to the Team Lead – Reporting team
Develop and support various MIS reports and periodic reviews
Analyze people data, draw inferences and provide meaningful insights
Ability to interpret unstructured data and design a usable format for consumption
Good understanding of the employee life cycle and determine impact metrics
Extraction and mining of data from various systems and design analysis
Ensure data sanity and efficacy for all processes and systems.
Identify and drive automation opportunities and continuous improvement within the team
Liaise effectively with all functions in the organisation to cater to the MIS and reporting
requirements. Should have worked with operations \Service Delivery teams.Job Requirements
Should have worked with some of the industry leading reporting tools in past jobs e.g. Hyperion,
OBIEE, PeopleSoft Reporting Suite, any other ERP based reporting suite.
Should have worked at an advanced level with MS Excel (incl Macros)
Should have worked with HRMS systems of able complexity (preferable Enterprise HRMS i.e.
PeopleSoft, SAP etc.)
Should have a good level of knowledge and understanding of the HR Function and processes.
Should have excellent written and oral communication
Working knowledge of MS access and VBA (Visual Basic for Applications)
Working experience with HR Shared Service Centres will be an added advantagePreferable
Should be able to work with presentation layers and have a good knowledge of presentation tools
