Job Description

Handling Recruitments in both IT(Major) & Non IT sectors.
• Understanding the requirements of the client / employer and translating it into a job description for the prospective candidate.
• Identifying prospective candidates from database and job portals.
• Screening the candidates based on the match between the skill set, experience, expectations of the candidate and the requirement of the employer.
• Coordinating with the prospective candidates and the employer for scheduling the personal interviews.
• Periodic follow up with the clients and the candidates.
• Taking the feedback from the employer and the prospective candidate after the interview.
• Ensuring a smooth recruitment process till the joining of the candidate.
