Job Description

 Candidate should have experience of complete recruitment cycle management.
 Should have Strong network, use of social networking sites for searching the best job seekers & do
headhunting .
 Should have excellent knowledge of Job Portals, Vendor hiring and manpower outsourcing.
 Managing the Bulk Hiring for multiple clients through various sources like Database, job posting, portal,
References, etc.
 Interact with multiple stakeholders to understand job descriptions and create a pool of appropriate
 Coordinate with various stake-holders to schedule walk-ins, one-on-one interview etc.
 Develop and manage a pool of candidates who are pre-selected for various profiles
 Develop and maintain relationships with new candidates via sources such as employee references, market
visits, vocational institutes, local agencies, job portal etc.
 Coordinating with client for recruitment drives
 Prepare pool for future hiring.
 Should have experience of Bulk / Volume / Mass hiring in channel & retails.
Requisite Skills:
 Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
 Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
 Experience with sourcing techniques
 Understanding of referral programs
 Solid verbal and written communication skills
 Sound judgement
