Coordinate with various stake-holders to schedule walk-ins, one-on-one interview etc.
Develop and manage a pool of candidates who are pre-selected for various profiles
Develop and maintain relationships with new candidates via sources such as employee references, market
visits, vocational institutes, local agencies, job portal etc.
Coordinating with client for recruitment drives
Prepare pool for future hiring.
Should have experience of Bulk / Volume / Mass hiring in channel & retails.
Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
Experience with sourcing techniques
Understanding of referral programs
Solid verbal and written communication skills
