Responsibilities and Duties
  • Database collection, arranging interviews, tests, and recruitment.
  • Calling candidates and scheduling interviews
  • Proficient in Using Naukri, Shine, Times Jobs and job boards.
  • Identify candidates with the right skills to match the requirements.
  • Ability to work as a good team player, interviewing, hiring candidates, Maintaining & building the candidate database.
  • Identify candidates with the right skills to match the requirements.
  • Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting.
  • Issuing offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Experience Letter, Relieving Letter etc.
  • Rules and regulations and Handling Employee Documents.

Key Skills
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills.
  • Ability to deal with people politely.
  • Willingness to learn.
