Job Role- International HR Operation

MANDATORY EXPERIENCE IN HR OPERATIONS IN BPO INDUSTRY AND WITH INTERNATIONAL CLIENT ONLY. MENTION THE ONSHORE CLIENTS YOU HAVE WORKED FOR.

Job Description The Workforce Administration Associate will process incoming requests received through emails or any other application.
These requests include resolving and/or completing service requests and working collaboratively with the team members, other internal teams, Third Party vendors or Client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure and maintain the security and confidentiality of client data.
  • Update client applications accurately and quickly in accordance with the appropriate User Guides.
  • Understand & perform the full range of Workforce Administration processes (Employee Life cycle) which includes, onboarding the candidate, people movement & benefits administration
  • Must have clear understanding of the existing performance metrics in the process, how they are measured and improvise the measurement system to make it more effective and transparent
  • Follow LWIs while processing & highlight any anomalies in LWIs/process documentation to the SME/Leads.
  • Must be able to propose process improvement ideas which can reduce time, improved accuracy or enhance controls
  • Participate in Team building activities. Assist client with Admin activities (especially Document Mgmt) related to onboarding, people movement and benefits administration. Have customer facing experience & experience of using telephony to speak with clients.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS
    Education Equivalent
    Bachelor or Graduate
    Experience
    6 months to 5 yrs. business experience with similar background
    Knowledge of MS Office and Excel skills would be a plus.
    Knowledge/Skills Requirements:
    Good organizational & prioritisation skills.
    Experience with workday tool is an added advantage
    Analytical and problem solving skills.
    Multi-cultural awareness.
    Passion for customer service.
    Team player.Results & detail-oriented
    Focus on high data accuracy.
    Quality driven - in communications and all system transactions.
    Excellent written and verbal skills in English Language.
    Core Competencies -
    1. Professional exp(induction process,absenteeism management,compensation management,employee data processing,full and final settlement,DOJ,exit update etc)
    2. Good oral and written communication skills
    3. Ability to identify and effectively use resources
    4. Excellent customer service skills.

    Salary- hike on last drawn + depending upon skill set and interview performance
    Free pick and drop facilities will be provided within 30 kms from work location.
    WORK LOCATION- AIROLI, MUMBAI AND SARJAPURA ROAD, BANGALORE(Candidates should be present in the given location)
    Shift time- night shift
