- Work on to fill up the JOINING FORM FORMALITIES of new employee and INDUCTION
- Keep the LEAVE RECORD of every month of employee.
- Employee Welfare
- Can face Audits and close NC point on top priority.
- Maintenance of Employee Database.
- Follow Employee Safety, Health &Environment in plant.
- Regulardealing with senior HR day to day activity update.
- Support HR tasks as required.
