Job Description

Exposure of HR Operation,Statutory compliances,Deal with govt departments,Admin activities Recruitment,Training,.
Implementations of HR policy.
Timely submission/uploading of accident report in esic.
Maintaining all legal compliances as per factory act
Handling inspections by Factory inspectors, Labour Inspectors, ESI & PF
Ensuring adherence to statutory compliance under various Labour & Industrial Laws like Factory Act, pollution control board, forest board, ESI & PF Act, Contract Labour Act, Minimum Wages Act, Bonus Act, Payment & Wages Act, Gratuity Act etc.
Submission of all type returns as per factory act.
Licenses, renewals and consents under various statutory Acts.
preparing camera report & maintenance,
Handling Query and Grievances of the employees related to admin.

Supervision and manage all day to day HR Operation activities & recruitment activities.
Prepare increment sheet half yearly & prepare bonus yearly.
Handling complaint related to office equipment & maintain the Issuance record of office equipment.
Daily supervision over company security services, verification of daily security record etc.
Cross check the housekeeping & update housekeeping checklist (5's) on daily basis.
Handling the activity related to pantry like supervision for customer lunch on daily basis.
Arrange, distribution of water camper.
Prepare vehicle matrix & maintenance.
Maintain medical bill record of employees.
Responsible for timely payments of mobile bills, internet, office equipment & vehicle maintenance, drinking water campers, courier bill, pantry bill & dinner voucher etc.
Responsible for organizing all company events like customer visits, cultural and festive and other events.
Knowldge ABOUT training plan,training calender & also the skill matrix.
