Job Description

Prime Responsibilities:
Overall co-ordination of manpower planning, recruitment, induction & ensuring cultural fit. Handling compensation & benefits negotiations and administration. Enhancing policies & strategies for greater operational effectiveness & man power deployment. Identifying scope & working on change management. Modifying & implementing various compensations plans, reward & recognition schemes, HR policies and communicating them across the organization at all levels. Responsible for effective salary & payroll administration, annual increment, bonus and other statutory liabilities pertaining to employees. Counselling/ grievance handling of the employees to maintain a healthy work environment and facilitating Employee Satisfaction Survey & community development activities. Initiating rewards & recognition programmers and implementing incentive system for motivating employees. Executing recruitment sourcing and refining at Mumbai office and Pan-India zonal teams based across India (Managerial to Supervisor level) Facilitating internal and external training programs
