Position- HR Manager
Company- One of the leading Digital Marketing Company
Location- Kolkata
Shift-4:00 P.M.-1:00 A.M. / 3:30 P.M.-12:30 A.M.

Job Description:

Key Responsibility Areas

  • Managing company staff, including coordinating and supporting the recruitment process
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Induction and completing joining formalities of all new joiners covering HR policies and procedures.
  • Conducting exit interviews
  • Determining suitable salaries and remuneration
  • Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements
  • Developing adequate induction and training
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Managing succession planning of staff in accordance with company's objectives and liaising with the CEO and CFO
  • Building strong relationships with internal leaders and other team members with a focus on business partnering
  • Assisting with the performance management and appraisal process along with employee rewards and recognition
  • Monitor established internal controls to assure proper compliance
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Maintain daily attendance and employee leave policy
  • Awareness about local labor laws and general HR practice
  • Conducting Exit Interviews
  • Compliance with company policies

Required Candidate profile
  • Essential to be up to date with an understanding of industry awards, current pay rates and industry trends surrounding non-monetary benefits
  • Should ideally have a technical degree ( BCA/B Tech; MCA is a plus) at the graduation level
  • MBA degree-preferably full time (more or less decent Institute) in Human Resources Management along with minimum 7 -10 years of experience in the HR field.
  • ( Xth, XIIth : at least 60%; Graduation: at least 55%; MBA: at least Grade B/6+CGPA)
  • Must be from a technology (preferably product but service will also do) or data management company and aware of positions like Programmer, Developer, Quality Assurance Analyst/Manager, Database Architect, IT Infrastructure Manager, Technical Lead, Project Manager etc.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English- both verbal and written
  • Should be flexible with office timing
