Roles & Responsibilities

Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to HR, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Maintain knowledge of industry trends and make recommendations to the Management Team and Board of Directors for improvement of the organization’s policies, procedures, and practices on personnel matters.
Employee Relations: point person for all staff regarding HR matters.
Conduct full-cycle of Operations and Existing employees include onboarding process to exit process.
Maintain personal information of employees in share drive.
Manage staff training /developing program and compliance work closely with HR business partner.
Oversee performance evaluation procedures completely in the workday. Create an HR Operations dashboard and share it with HRBP periodically.
Update and maintain operations manuals.
Serve as a contact person for employees and vendors regarding office operations. Leave and Attendance Management.
Maintain current professional insurance policies and act as point person for insurance certificate requests from staff, vendors, and clients in coordination with HRBP.
Driving Insurance Policies and Process Vendor Management
Build the strategic partner relationship between management and staff; develop a solid understanding of business operations, goals, and challenges; anticipate, evaluate and execute plans to address and resolve the systemic issues.
Partner with functional leadership teams and drive the execution of all components of the employee lifecycle from recruitment, goal setting, performance management, talent retention, training & development, and internal movements to exits, with a constant focus on building a high-performing culture of growth and development through effective leadership, communication and feedback.
