• Handle end-to-end recruitment for all positions irrespective of industry and level
• Strategically utilize job portals, networks, forums, blogs and research methods to source passive Candidates
• Preliminary screening/Shortlisting of candidates through telecon.
• Conduct competency based interviews to check their suitability and facilitating the interview process
• Own and juggle multiple requisitions and maintain high quality/ maximum traction for hiring at all time.
• Maintaining hiring trackers and generating daily reports.
• Ensuring that employee records are compiled and updated.
Job Requirements

Candidate with 1 -3 years of work experience in HR Recruitment; Fresher’s are also welcomed
• Any Graduation with eager & Passion towards Human Resources Acquisition
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is required
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to interact with all levels of personnel in a global matrix organization
• Mature, reliable individual with strong integrity
• Team player
• Good analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-tasks
• Able to work effectively across multi-functional and multi-cultural environment
Good problem solver and adaptable to change
