Job Description

You will be a subject matter expert in Labour Law and Factories Act. You will be responsible for fulfilling statutory compliance of existing clients & new projects in and around Bangalore. You will foster good client relationship and guide them in Factories Act compliance matters and ensure proper compliance fulfillment. You will send monthly MIS reports to HO on these activities.

Qualification
- Any Graduate - Best if having Diploma/Degree /MBA in Labour Law.

Experience
- 2 + years experience in handling Statutory Compliance in Factories Act
Desired Skills


• Handle Factories Act compliance matters with basic knowledge in CLRA
• Exposure to Payroll and Statutory compliance like PF, ESI, PT, etc
• Good Team management and leadership ability
• Excellent Relationship / networking capability
• Excellent communication skills in English & Local language
• Computer Savvy - hands on knowledge in Excel, word, PPT & internet usage.
