Job Description

HR Operations:
Recruitment & Selection
• Spearheading end-to-end recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources.
• Understanding the job role from the Department Heads and prepare the Job Description accordingly to publish the same in internal and external sources like recruitment consultancy.
• Scheduling &conducting the interviews of shortlisted candidates along with the functional heads.
• Preparing and Issuing the offer Letter.
On Boarding and Induction
• Responsible for all joining formalities for new joiners.
• Coordination in allotment of work stations, Email ID/ Visiting Cards / Computers / Stationary Items/ Mobile or Desk Phones and Enroll new employees name in group insurance policies.
• Conducting HR Induction for the new joiners and educating them about the HR policies procedure.
• Facilitating orientation of new joiner to the business and culture.
• Drafting and mailing introductory mail of new Joinee.
• Handling the PF and PT return.
Leaves and Attendance Management
• Maintaining the attendance and leave records of all the employees and updating payroll process.
• Working out monthly leave balances and communicating the same to Accounts Department in case of negative balances.
• Sending monthly reports to Accounts department for new recruits and resigned employees.
Maintenance of files and records
• Maintaining New joining employees file.
• Updating the database (contact number, Email ID, birthdays, emergency contacts for all employees).
• Enroll new employee in health insurance and update, filing MIS file.
• Maintain & Update the Daily/Monthly MIS report, IT Asset Declaration Report, HR files and employee information in various reports like Employee database, Employee CV's.
Separation Process
• Complete exit & PF documentation, handover document, outstanding and advances clearance [from accounts], asset return etc.
• Maintenance of full and final tracker, to see that all exit employees settlements are done.
• Ensuring resolution of queries of ex-employees with coordination with HR.
• Coordination for exit employee PF Transfer, withdrawal.
