1. Recruiting Highly Passionate People at all levels, in all Departments.
2. Ability to study/understand the Role, write precise JD, search, sell our dream to join them.
3. Conducting all aspects of full life cycle recruitment for the game industry-specific position.
4. Proactively sourcing and building a network of passive candidates, building up the talent pipeline and mapping list.
5. Using your expertise and innovative recruiting techniques to actively and creatively network, evaluate, and ultimately hire top talent.
6. Leveraging social media, existing employees and professional networks to increase the pool of potential candidates.
7. Ensuring an outstanding experience for candidates from initial outreach/applicant stage to offer.
8. Proactively researching and being aware of current industry events, trends.
9. Acting as an internally and externally-facing representative of Conserve HR team.
10. Knowledge of statutory compliance is must.
