Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following:
• Recruitment:
o Responsible for handling different types of hiring : both IT and Non IT recruitment
o Introduce new and effective modes of hiring
• On-Boarding:
o Implement process induction/HR Induction plan as guided by HR Head
o Welcome of the new joinee and making the on-boarding experience happy
o Plans and implement the internal process trainings
o Introduce industry best practices
• Automation:
o Responsible for managing the employee profile on the HR Process Automation Tool
o Managing leave and attendance on the tool
• HR Operations:
o Executing the daily HR operational work
o Maintaining monthly MIS
• Will be responsible for monitoring the success of the HR initiatives
• Will collaborate and be an active part in the employee engagement activities
• Trainings:
o Responsible for imparting process trainings, HR led trainings as and when planned
o Will be travelling to branch offices for trainings
Skills Required:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with candidates
• Should have working knowledge of MS office
• Target oriented and proven experience to work in a deadline oriented environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree (Any stream) + MBA
• Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management; detail oriented
• Open to travelling
• Working knowledge of MS office
