Job Description:
1. Manage end to end recruitment process.
a. Screening and shortlisting the candidates for interviews
b. Conducting f2f and telephonic interviews for candidates and negotiating salaries on company standards.
c. Handling back ground verification (Reference check) of candidates before releasing offer letter
d. Preparing offer Letters for the selected candidates.
e. Follow-up with candidates after releasing offer letters
• Performing Joining formalities (on boarding) of new employees
• Service agreements of new employees
• Issuing appointment letters to new employees
• Induction and orientation of new employees
• Maintaining employee’s database and personal records
• Monthly initiating conformation and regularization process of employees
• Managing employees’ grievances
• Compensation management of employees
• Generating late coming and early going reports of employees
• Attendance inputs for processing payroll
• Confidentiality would be taken seriously on related matters of company and employees
• Yearly performance appraisal process
• Good knowledge on using CRM Software
• Mediclaim coverage of new employees
Exit formalities:
• Preparing Relieving Letters and Service Certificates for Resigned Employees after completion of No due process
• Processing Full and Final Settlements.
• Vendor Management
• Maintain a bridge between Management and employees.
• Design employee engagement and retention strategies.
• Effective rewards and recognition system in place.
• Liaison with third parties for new implementations.
• Maintain reports.
