We arelooking for HR Executives (Employee Relations / BP)
Directly on the company payrolls.
Job Location: Airoli and Thane West
No of Positions: 7
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 1 to6 years in any BPO or service industry
6 days working.
Transport Facility: Pick up and drop from Thane station to Office and return. For Airoli, we don't have any transport facility.
Roles and Responsibilities
Induction & Orientations
Conducted Induction for various designations.
Conducted Post Orientation
Feedbackofemployeescompleting 3 months in the system.
Identified positives and areas of improvements highlighted duringthe Feedback survey and Corodinated with stakeholders for computing action plans.
Conducted monthly employee listening sessions, highlighting issues to the stakeholders and Ensured closure of the actions items.
Conducted monthly feedback surveys and analysing the trend in issues highlighted.
Ensure effective implementation of HR initiatives such as POF, Open Forums, Skips, Town halls, PMS, Reward & Recognition etc.
Confirmation & Performance Management
Handled start to end procedure of Confirmation & Annual appraisals.
Co-ordinated with stakeholders for timely closure of the confirmation and appraisal process.
Initiated Employee Development Plan for employees failing to meet the desired threshold and tracking record of their improvement.
Policy Formulation & Adherence
Responsible for regulating Leave policy, dress-code policy, Over-time policy, Transport policy, Schedule adherence and other hygiene related policies.
Conducted policy refreshers for employees on regular intervals.
Ensured adherence to policies from employees at all levels and Initiated actions against the defaulters.
Recommended changes in policies in congruence to the industry trend.
Addressing policy related queries.
Handled the IJP/IJT procedure from start to end Publishing the IJP, Gathering Nominations, Conducted Assessment rounds, documentation.
Certified to conduct Assessment Centre rounds and Personal Interviews during IJP.
Conducted grooming sessions as a preparatory course for encouraging employees to grow and excel in the system.
Ensured the selection is done basis the fitment with the role.
