The Job

You will be responsible for :
  • Sourcing and screening profiles on Job Portals
  • Generating leads through existing candidates and other social networks
  • Processing specific head hunting
  • Conducting telephonic interviews and managing the recruitment process with various stakeholders, reference checking and offer management.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for graduate level candidates, educational institutions and the business.
  • Managing recruitment assignments from sourcing talent through to successful placements.
  • Assisting in salary negotiations and offer management.
  • Achieving revenue and activity targets.
  • Providing candidates and clients with advice on market trends.
  • Maintaining day to day MIS
The Profile

  • You have at least 6 months of experience including solid experience in a Recruitment role.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organisation.
  • You are a strong team player
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
