Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
Understands the IT landscape and has considerable experience in working with technology professionals in a Product or GIC set up
Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations
Provides guidance on HR processes, systems & policies to employees & managers
Experience in analysing trends and metrics to substantiate business challenges and develops solutions, programs and policies to address these challenges.
Competent in design & implementation of employee engagement initiatives (Assimilation Programs, Internal Communication programs, R & R, Driving the engagement survey etc.) to sustain & improve engagement levels and therefore reduce attrition
Experience in driving performance management, compensation revisions and other critical HR programs
Worked in collaboration with other HR functions to deliver HR programs / processes / intervetions.
In previous roles, has experience in acting as an advisor to line management on employee matters
