1. To perform all related activities of HR department.
2. To recruit suitable staffs for the company using Known Sources or using Job Portals or through Newspaper / Social Media advertisements or through HR Consultants.
3. To source suitable Staffs (Engineers, Draughtsmen, Etc.) for our customers for deputation purpose.
4. Conduct pre-screening of candidates and arrange for personal interview (Preliminary & Final).
5. Develop communication protocols between company to candidates, customers, external agencies, Etc.
6. Arrange for new / existing staff ORIENTATION PROGRAMS.
7. Prepare & or Maintain all HR related Records (Candidate Database, Interview Call Letters, Resumes and Job Applications and Certificates of Candidates, Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Instructions to Staffs, Relieving Letters, General Instructions and Guidelines, Etc.) and Documents (Soft & Hard).
8. Resolve all conflicts arising between staffs, etc and based on the incidents take corrective and preventive actions.
9. Generate PAYROLL for all staffs (In-house&Deputed)
10. To travel to Customer places if required onlyalthough the Business Development Executive will take care the Sales & Marketing Activities.
