Job Description

• Responsible for area performance as per targets defined
• All account management - Lead / Enquiry, specification / tech closure, quote, sampling / demo, negotiation, order won
• New lead management and conversion to opportunity
• Distribution management
• Specification management with facade consultants, profile system cos, architects, builders - for on-going and upcoming projects
• Machine installation, service, AMC / Hardware PMU tests approval / Customer complaints addressal & resolution at factories & sites - Self / with TSIE
• Providing sales vs. projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports.
• Maintain relationship with clients.
• Technical Support and advice to the Client as and when required.
• Resolve customer’s complaints.
• Takes timely feedback from the customers and work towards improving the product.
• Prepares sales presentations by compiling data; developing presentation formats and materials.
• Accomplishment of department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
