Job Title: No Sales No Target...Technical Support/ Customer Support
Salary: Upto 3.8 LPA+ Shift allowance + Cab + Incentive
Work Location: BangaloreExperience Required: 0 to 5 years
Qualification: Undergraduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate
Candidate should have,1.Good Communication skills2.Take calls Over Phone which involves working in different time zones3.Take calls from Global clients and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally.4.Flexible to work in shifts.5.Excellent English - both verbal and written communication skills6.Knowledge of customer service principles and practices7.Good technical knowledge
Eligibility criteria :
Skillsets Must have:- Minimum 12 months of call taking experience in Technical support (Hardware/Software) or 1 year Field service in PC. Fluency in English & Hindi language. Knowledge on PC hardware, Windows OS, Wireless and Networking troubleshooting. Typing speed minimum 25 words per min Should have:- Should be fluent in communication skills both spoken & written (English + Hindi) Strong problem-solving and client facing skills Good to have:- Basic Linux OS knowledge. Any hardware Certification will be an added advantage. Main Responsibilities To provide best in class Technical support to customers over Phone. Take end to end ownership of customer issues reported. Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues. Follow standard operating procedures & escalate to internal teams for quicker resolution. Document solutions in the form of knowledge base, Tech notes and Articles and help build a robust knowledge base which can be referred in the future. Documenting all troubleshooting performed on the call in Lenovo SAP CRM. Shift Timings Rotational Eligibility Criteria Bachelor's degree / Diploma/10+2 Total Experience 1+ years of experience Preferred
