• Working knowledge of LAN / WAN /Basic Troubling Shooting and Technical Issues.
• 2 Yr to 8 years of experience in Technical Support / Voice Process.
• Should be open to work in Night shifts.
• Experience required : Remote Support and POINT OF SALES / POS technology. Having Knowledge / Experience on Infrastructure (Windows Troubleshooting) is an added advantage
• Expectations from the candidate : Excellent communication skills and Flexible to work in 24/7 shifts which includes night shifts as well
• Candidate should be flexible to take up complete voice process as the role demands the same
