Helpers - Cutting Section
Carry out hand cutting and machine cutting of materials.
Ensure correct handling of material, tools, and machines
Maintain clean and hazard free work area, proper usage ofcleaning equipment
Maintain correct usage of workplace tools and equipment.
Ensure cutting parts produced according to specification
Ensure maximum usage of cut components with minimalwastages
Carry out regular quality checks and fault identificationin final product and maintain records and documents.
Read the specifications of various patterns in cuttingcomponents and number of quantities required for cutting operations.
Develop skill in different cutting operationalmethods/machines such as clicking machine
Learn to use different types of cutting dies and patternsused in the manufacturing of footwear to achieve correct quality andproductivity.
Understand difficulties with respect to cutting methods inorder to achieve the correct quality for each style as per the pattern
Use new technology such as computer-aided machines to cutmaterial.
Calculate the number of components required in cuttingoperation by using the basic units of measurements.
Inspect the cut components to ensure the accuracy of Cuttingoperations as per the specifications and sample.
Identify different types of materials and theirdefects/flaws while performing cutting operations.
Use tools/ machines such as cutting machine, cutting knife& dies etc.
Maintain tools and machines used, so that they areavailable whenever required without any problems.
Create a safe environment to work without injuries.
Detect product/manufacturing defects andcontrol manufacturing loss.
Starting Stipend of Rs. 9000/-
Workman Compensation policy up to Rs. 1 lakh coverage
Mediclaim up to Rs.1 lakh coverage
Personal Accident up to Rs. 1 lakh coverage
Accommodation facility from day 1 (Rs. 500 monthlydeduction applicable)
