Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of work experience managing client relationships through sales, customer support, and/or consulting.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience presenting analysis, proposals, and strategies to executive leadership.
  • Experience with programmatic marketing solutions, with online sales and business development, and with Google Marketing Platform.
  • Experience in a fast-paced media agency or technology consultancy environment, with solid understanding of traditional and digital media.
  • Experience in project management, with an ability to work with multiple stakeholders to deliver against business goals.
  • Knowledge of Google's Ads and Marketing products and sales teams, as well as the customer and competitive contexts in which they operate.
  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently.

About the job
As the Head of Scaled Solutions, you will leverage deep industry knowledge, marketing trends, and individual agency and partner needs. You will brainstorm, develop, and refine compelling and customized plans for agencies. You will engage in regular sales activities on key accounts, in full coordination with vertical teams, identifying and unlocking business opportunities in order to drive business growth and product adoption.
In this role, you will also create solid strategic frameworks and lead our consulting approach on Google's solutions for executive-level audiences, collaborating with team members. You will own the strategy and drive the execution of annual partnership plans with agencies that optimize growth for Google and build agency capabilities. You will contribute strategically to the growth and direction of Google products and services.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world's biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird's eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Responsibilities
  • Be a point of entry for agencies and technology partners C-level stakeholders regarding Google related issues, guiding resolutions with internal owners.
  • Own strategy and drive execution of annual technology partnership plans that optimize business growth for Google and build agency and technology partner capabilities.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships for generating and influencing future business opportunities to help accelerate agency/technology partner transformation and adoption of Google products and services.
  • Build and manage large-scale knowledge and skill transfer programs to empower agencies and technology partners to provide advanced technology solutions to Google clients, ensuring quality of delivery and outcomes.
  • Own local agency and tech partner strategy and commercial cadence, and think strategically on how to develop the managed Partner Ecosystem Transformation, ensuring agencies are aware of the trends in the digital advertising market and Google solutions.
