Job Description


  • Manage a digital marketing team to establish online customer acquisition and digital media plans
  • Optimize portfolio of paid media investment across ad platforms
  • Drive data analysis to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Establish creative and positioning and execute in digital marketing channels
  • Manage forecasting, and provide updates on growth opportunities
General media:
  • Build the company-wide strategy for Platform’s media campaigns to support both brand & performance-based goals
  • Manage day-to-day plan changes/maintenance of media plans & manage media agencies
  • Identify target audiences and analyze their behavior, characteristics, and routines
  • Monitor media trends of all outlets including magazines, blogs, and movies
  • Analyze media alternatives to recommend how to best allocate the advertising budget
  • Be the final eyes on all advertisements and marketing campaigns before release
  • Launch and optimize a retargeting strategy to maximize full-funnel performance
  • Experience working in a dynamic environment with frequent changes
  • Ability to work autonomously with confidence
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or similar
Digital marketing:
  • Experience leading digital marketing teams
  • Experience managing paid media portfolios and achieving growth
  • Experience managing paid marketing operations
  • Experience using major digital ads platforms associated with search, display and social media advertising
  • Experience optimizing digital channels
  • Knowledge of scaled video and paid social advertising with innovative use of audience targeting, content and creative
