Job Description

  • Proficiency on the following mainframe systems: CSW, Ingenium Life, MLIF, TSO
  • Developed phone skills and customer service skills
  • Problem solving and decision making ability based on complex information
  • Organizational and time management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast paced, changing environment
  • Daily production of administration tasks for in force Traditional, Universal Life and Health products.
  • Case manage escalations from Client Relations or Service Recovery cases
  • Daily phone support from 8 – 4:30 to handle calls transferred from the Customer Care Center and rotational phone coverage to 5pm
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert for procedure improvements, product and system enhancements as required
  • Ability to understand, interpret and explain all aspects of Traditional, Universal Life and Health insurance products (past and current), their benefits, and by company (SLF, Met, Prudential and Clarica)
  • Understand and apply policy provisions and tax regulations correctly
