Description and Requirements
Job title: Sr. Manager/ Head - Consumer Segment Operations
Job objective:
Responsible for driving sales productivity, sales forecasting, sales analytics and modeling, deal structuring, discounts process, incentive compensation initiatives, working closely with the Operations Director and executing strategic projects.
Responsibilities and accountabilities of the position:
1.Responsibilities of the position:
·Provide regular sale data & report to support leadership team
·Track and push ROC order fulfillment to achieve sales target, and meet sales and customer's request.
·Track, analyze and report sales results: both sell-in and sell-thru. Create sell thru analysis programs and improve response times to achieving sales goals
·Be the single point of contact for reporting weekly/monthly on revenue plan to actual
·Manage rep and vendor contracts Oversee customer service team and work closely with customer service manager as needed.
·Develop and execute strategy for achieving annual sales goal by territory, distribution channel and key accounts, including issuing ranking reports and organizing contests.
·Prospect and identify new business opportunities.
·Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales Reps to develop effective sell-in strategies. Collaborate to develop and implement sales programs and priorities.
·Formalize reporting process of field perspective analysis as it relates to future company strategy, product needs and customer feedback
·Assist in conducting annual sales meetings.
·Formulate and execute Productivity enhancement initiatives and Digital Transformation.
2.Key Performance Indicators:
  • Responsible for the efficient allocation of technology, support, and training resources impacting the sales organization.
  • Accountable for accurate and on-time reporting essential for sales organization effectiveness.
  • Achievement of strategic objectives defined by company management.

3. Business stakeholders:
·Internal: Sales and marketing team, Product, Services team, Procurement and supply team
·AP/WW:
·External: Distributors, Customers Specifications and requirements:
1. Education/ Qualification
·Must Have: Bachelor's Degree in business administration or related field.
·Desired: MBA
2. Work experience
1012 years experience in Sales Operations or Business Operations
3. Key functional/technical competencies:
·Superior analytical skills
·Proficiency on new age BI tools
·Advanced MS Excel skills
·Experience using CRM applications
·Field sales experience a plus
