INCUMBENT SHOULD BE GRADUATE PREFERABLY ENGINEERING DIPLOMA OR DEGREE WITH MIN 5 YEARS EXPRIENCE WITH LEADING RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS IN MUMBAI
MUST BE ABLE TO SETUP AND ORGANIZE END TO END RECRUITMENT ,TRAIN STAFF AND IMPART NECESSARY TRAINING TO THEM.FULLY DEVOTE HIS TIME AND ENERGY FOR OUR GROWTH.HAVING GOOD EXPERIENCE IN SOURCING CANDIDATES FROM DIFFERENT INDUSTRIES WITH ABILITY GET SUITABLE CANDIDATES FROM VARIOUS PARTS OF INDIA.
WELL ORGANIZED,COMPUTER LITERATE,WITH GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS ABILITY TO DEAL WITH CLIENTS ,RESULT ORIENTED .
SALARY WILL NOT BE A CONSTRAINT BUT WILL BE BASED ON QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE.
