Job Description

Daily tasks:
Paid media:

  • Develop strategy & execute paid online media campaigns that meet & exceed client KPIs (or success metrics)
  • Hands-on paid social media buying with Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Responsible for stewarding daily campaign work-flow and optimizing against main KPIs
  • Monitor daily campaign pacing; pull, analyze and leverage insights to identify optimization opportunities and implement enhancements
  • Provide subject matter expertise and tactical strategic recommendations across all paid social platforms
  • Build relationships with core partners, stay up-to-date with changes, and act as a trend-spotter to bring first-to-market paid opportunities
  • Analyze, review, implement, and lead all changes to websites (both internal and client-facing) so they are optimized for search engines and maximizing a brand’s digital foot print.
  • Optimizes emails for deliverability, open rates, click through, conversion and mobile devices

  • Experience working in a dynamic environment with frequent changes
  • Ability to work autonomously with confidence
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or similar
  • Strong background in fan acquisition, re-engagement and retention
  • Experience with SEO tools, such as SEM Rush, MOZ, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Experience in identifying / expanding market opportunities to maximize traffic growth through SEO tactics which include Keyword search and Meta optimization of Title, Meta Description and Alt Image Text
Paid media:
  • Experience running paid advertising campaigns on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest), native advertising and sponsored content, programmatic, video distribution, Google and YouTube ads, and more
  • Solid grasp of social, digital, influencer, word-of-mouth marketing, personal and professional experience across the digital and social space, and knowledge of emerging trends and technologies
  • Strong understanding of community engagement and online campaign experience
  • Ability to translate paid media platforms, technologies and metrics into succinct, compelling, conversational language for a variety of audiences
