Job Description

. Preparation and verification of daily Cash book
. Verification of Bank Reconciliation Statement on daily basis
. Verification of Bills for Payments to Vendors & Contractors
. Maintenance of books of accounts of all the group firms on monthly basis
. Reconciliation Suppliers & Contractors Ledgers,
. TDS Payment & Quarterly Returns Filing
. GST Payment Returns filing
. Preparation of Quarterly financial statements
. Filing of periodical returns of IT/GST Payment & Monthly Returns
. Project wise MIS Reports
. Preparation and monitoring all related Management Information systems for entire organization for the purpose of Board
. Preparation of Monthly Receipts & Payments
. Preparation of P&L and Balance sheet on quarterly basis
. Ensuring Audit of Accounts on quarterly basis
. Attending IT Depts and Other depts on statutory compliance.
. Preparation of Staff Salaries
. Attending to Income Tax/Sales tax/GST/PF/ESI and other legal issues involving financial implications
. Apportionment of Budgets and actuals of Admin expenditure each projection wise periodically
. Financial concurrence of the proposals
. Vetting of Purchase Orders and Work orders with regard to Commercial and payment terms
. Preparation of Budgets and controlling the commitments/expenditure as per budgets
. Ensuring legal compliance of various statutes
. Maintaining of accounts each project wise
. Arranging Project Finance from financial institutions
. Monitoring of yearly/quarterly/monthly/weekly and daily cash inflows and outflows
. Verification of records to be maintained at Project Sites
. Reconciliation of material delivered at Project Sites.
. Accounting for physical loss or excessive consumption of material by the contractor and ensuring the recovery for same
. Review and reconciliation of all ledgers including reconciliation of advances received from customers with CRM data on concurrent and continuous basis
. Vetting and counter signing the all legal documents including AOS and Sale Deeds, with regard to conditions having financial implications
. Ensuring of prior approval of expenditure
. Ensuring the statutory compliance of companies which are incorporated under the Companies Act,
. Maintaining the account/IT/Service Tax/VAT and any other related issues of the Partner’s individual cases through em-paneled consultants
. Any other matter connected/having financial implications
