Designation: General Manager/Sr.GM - Business Operations
Location :
1. Delhi
2. Bangalore
Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities
1- Lead a team of executives to manage procurement and sales processes for all cars​
2- Developing and maintain relation with new car dealers and corporate leasing companies.
3- Directly responsible for achieving purchase and sales targets and overall P&L statement of the vertical.
4- Pre-existing network amongst dealers (New car exchanges, local dealers, MFC, etc) and Brokers will be ideal
5 - Should have a fair understanding of the Local used-car market, pricing and demographics.
6 - Will be working across teams within the organization to maximize transactions.
7 - Dynamic and aggressive attitude, hustler, team-player and fast-paced executioner
8 - Office and Fieldwork will be equally distributed initially to build relations and network in the used car industry. 


Budget :: 25 LPA
Eligibility:
Minimum 9 years’ experience in used cars industry
Someone with Auction experience would be ideal
Experience in sales, procurement and refurbishment
Experienced in managing large teams
Have strong hold on sales of used cars
Should have strong network with new car exchange showrooms and dealers
