Colliers International is undergoing a dynamic business transformation period across its India Business operations. This has led the demand for a client-centric proven pitch professional to join Business Development Centre (BDC).
Reporting to the Director, India Business Operations, Chairman & MD Office and the Asia Head of BDC, this person will be responsible to for driving the pitch process across all major service lines (Tenant Representation, Industrial, Capital Markets, Valuation & Advisory and REMS) across India Offices.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Drive and convert major client pursuits for India through leading the pitch process across all major business lines
  • Lead, drive and manage the strategic pitch process closely with internal stakeholders of all levels of seniority. This includes qualification of new business opportunities facilitation of internal pursuit meetings/rehearsals create and manage project plans and deadlines coach preparation and rehearsal project team for pitch presentations draft, copywrite, edit and proof-read proposals and presentations material ensuring key client-centric messages are presented clearly conduct internal and client debriefs.
  • Involvement in India's key client program and drive pitch activities.
  • Attend key client meetings, calls and presentations to build relationships with target customers for conversion of pursuits
  • Develop, manage and monitor top pipeline opportunities for both new and existing clients with
  • Create and design concepts / themes and work with BDC Graphic Designer on the design and production of property marketing IM's, proposals and presentations.
  • Ensure all pursuit strategy targets and opportunities are tracked and analysed on the India pursuit tracker, highlighting significant clients, opportunities, revenue, conversion rates and trend patterns.
  • Provide regular pursuit reports for India MDs & Asia BDC.
  • Build close working relationships and communicate pursuit and client strategy to Asia BDC team and Colliers leadership to ensure alignment
  • Communicate and implement best practice pitch material from around the APAC region to the local India teams
  • Work closely with marketing and internal teams to achieve greater client value
  • Be prepared to occasionally work outside office hours to meet client deadlines.
  • Consistent and thorough follow up to internal stakeholders and senior brokers.
  • Ad hoc projects as may be assigned by Chairman & MD Office for Key strategic client pursuits and presentations.

Qualifications
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • Bachelor degree in Business or above in a relevant discipline (beneficial).
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience with proven track record in pitch/bid management (knowledge of the real estate industry would be an advantage).
  • Business Development, Property Marketing prior experience required.
  • Proficient and organised with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
  • Self-starter, proactive and able to work on own initiative with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent at handling multiple tasks and competing demands in a corporate environment.
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively through all mediums and at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Should have worked with Graphic Designer to generate outstanding property marketing material
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite preferred
