Job Description

We are hiring for TELECOM with Wireless must.
Role : G Manager or Depute G Manager.
JD : The purpose of this role is to manage & resolve any dispute reported by Jio Business customers. This includes taking responsibility for the Service Credit, investigation, support and communication and close-loop with the customer. Additionally, the role will be responsible for prioritizing issues, efficiently organizing both internal and external resources, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, providing RCA & RCF and conducting post escalation reviews.
