Job Description

Job Purpose
Use data to analyse & provide actionable insight to drive and grow SME Franchise with measurable impact on revenue.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibility
  1. End to End Customer life Cycle management and build rigor to deepen Customer relationship hence revenue to bank
  2. Gain customer insights, trends and customize specific cross sell opportunities for book growth / product cross sell
  3. Analyse transactional and existing data of clients to gain business insights and recommend actionable insights to grow revenue base per budget
  4. Thorough understanding of SME banking and products
  5. Kept abreast of local regulatory requirements affecting SME banking
  6. Collating and extraction of data from various sources for normalization and analysis
  7. Partner Segment Head to ensure successful execution of strategic programs

Required Experience
  1. Analytical experience working with big data, unorganized data, able to cross reference between data source to gain insights in customer patterns/needs
  2. Hands on experience with a wide variety of data mining tools
  3. Proven ability to strategically manage complex, highly visible analytical projects from concept through implementation
  4. Experience in Corporate banking - Small & Medium Enterprise
  5. Preferable to have minimum of 5+ years work experience

Education / Preferred Qualifications
  1. Minimum of Bachelor (preferably in a computer science/analytical/engineering/commerce/business field)
  2. Prefer a Master of Financial Engineering or in a computer science/analytical/engineering/ field.

  1. Head CE - able to understand E2E customer experience and deliver joyful banking service/products/promotions to customers
  2. Segment head - partner manager to track success & delivery of programs & initiatives
  3. Finance/GTS/COO/T&M - partner stakeholders to procure necessary data sets for analysis
