Job Description
Oversees definition, design, verification, and documentation for SoC/IP development. Determines architecture design, logic design, and system simulation. Defines module interfaces/formats for simulation. Performs Logic design for integration of cell libraries, functional units and subsystems into SoC full chip designs, Register Transfer Level coding, and simulation for IPs/SoCs. Contributes to the development of multidimensional designs involving the layout of complex integrated circuits. Performs all aspects of the SoC design flow from highlevel design to synthesis, place and route, timing and power to create a design database that is ready for manufacturing. Analyzes equipment to establish operation infrastructure, conducts experimental tests, and evaluates results. May also review vendor capability to support development. Key responsibilities: Work closely with design teams, identify flow/methodology gap and enable required solution Enable EDA solutions by working closely with design team and vendors Drive new tool evaluation, methodology refinement for PPA optimization Work with world-wide design teams to develop state of the art solution in few of the below areas- o RTL Lint o CDC o Glitch/Open Latch o Low Power Validation o Simulation o Functional/Formal Verification o Emulation/FPGA o Design Debug o Synthesis/DFT Leadership: Proven experience in working with high-performance Methodology team, prior experience in a leadership position -creating a vision, influencing, and leading change. Ability to collaborate and partner effectively within a large and complex organization, leverage the unique capabilities of Intel's existing solutions and architectures EDA Tool Knowledge( desirable ): Spyglass, VCS-MX, VC-LP, Questa, NCSIM, Verdi, Zebu, Veloce, Palladium Design Language(one or more): System Verilog, UVM/OVM, VHDL, UPF, IP-XACT Programming Language(one or more): Python, Perl, Tcl, Java, C/C++, Makefile, XML, YAML, HTML, MySQL, MongoDB
