Urgently Require Front Desk Administrator for a Company Located in Kolkata with Following JD:-
Front Desk Administrator
Responsibilities and Duties
• Handling front desk inquiries and routing the same to appropriate department
• Business communication (email etiquette, incoming/outgoing call management)
• Managing back office documentation, providing support and overall office administration
• Communicating with students & parents and informing them about the company services
• Guest & vendor management and overseeing digital entity development of the organization
Required Experience and Qualifications
• Good communication skills in English (oral and written)
• Pro in presentation & aptitude towards providing information over phone
• Knowledge of graphics design (e.g. Photoshop, Corel Draw, etc.) will be preferred
• Presentation skills, open to travel for academic events, positive attitude and convincing skills.
