Roles and Responsibilities
Job Role:
- Installation and configuration of Graphics Softwares
- Excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills
- Exposure working for an IT companies under remote service desk/technical support
- Provide support to customers via phone, email and/or remote access
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software problems and help customers install applications and programs.
- Use email and chat applications to give clients quick answers to simple IT issues.
- Documents cases, recommendations, and resolutions clearly in the CRM system, takes ownership of hot and/or more political cases escalated from less senior engineers
