The Inside Services Sales Representative (ISSi) – French Language Specialist will be responsible for sales support of consulting services (with defined deal threshold) complimenting market leading Digital Experience solutions for a given vertical industry.
The candidate will be part of the Market Capability Center, India – a GTM shared services for the Customer Solutions team.
Primary responsibilities include Supporting the sales team (onshore & offshore) in Sales Support activities across the consulting sales cycle. This will include sales admin activities, pipeline generation, and business review activities.
Drive a Salesforce.com environment and its usage as the single source of truth.
Work closely with diverse user groups including Management and Sales team to fast track deals lifecycle.
Coordinate across Legal, Ops, Customer, Sales & consulting field teams, and Internal teams for driving deals.
Translate communications, if necessary.
Provide support to the EMEA sales teams in terms of products, policies and operating practices and other sales learning enablement activities.
Support any ad hoc projects related to the EMEA business.
Partner with the EMEA Sales team to review the renewal pipeline, and identify and address any risk.
Assist in enabling PSS & PSSi to improve the bookings and drive efficiency.
Effective communications skills both written and verbal in French
Excellent application skills including CRM suites, SFDC, Sales process.
Expertise in Excel, process knowledge & working across multiple stakeholders in business operations.
Experienced in the IT space Minimum 5 years of related experience.
Strong problem solving skills, analytical capabilities and collaboration skills.
Must have attention to detail, a commitment to quality and be results driven and customer focused.
Role requires familiarity in respect of working with sales people up to a senior level.
Strong quantitative ability.
Good reporting and business presentation skills.
Can do, will do attitude in supporting the business
Willingness to work on EMEA shift as assigned
Proven communication and presentation skills. Should understand how to work effectively in a global work environment with distributed teams and stakeholders
French Language certification (Preferable B2/C1/C2)
